• AI-driven content and listing optimization
• SEO and keyword research
• Listing creation, editing, and performance analytics
• Amazon integrations
• AI Creative Studio for generating and transforming images, videos, and creative assets using external AI systems operated by third-party providers

Features may vary by plan or region.

Superlisting.io is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

We may update or modify features in accordance with these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old,
• Provide accurate and complete registration information,
• Keep your login credentials secure.

Superlisting.io may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

Plans and pricing appear in your dashboard.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or similar partners.

Taxes apply where legally required.

Auto-renewal applies unless canceled before renewal.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable laws (including applicable consumer protections in Quebec).

Free Trials

Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Chargebacks

May result in immediate account suspension pending resolution.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate laws or Amazon policies
• Interfere with platform operations or security
• Upload or generate infringing, illegal, or harmful content
• Use fraudulent payment information
• Access accounts or data not belonging to you

5.1 Prohibited Uses Related to AI Features

You may not use the AI Creative Studio to generate:

• Realistic depictions of individuals without proper consent
• Images or videos infringing trademarks, logos, packaging, or brand identities
• Deceptive imagery designed to mislead consumers
• Violence, discrimination, hate, or illegal content
• Non-consensual sexual content or any content involving minors
• Content intended to manipulate Amazon systems or policies

Superlisting.io may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.

6. Intellectual Property, User Content, AI Inputs, AI Outputs, Image Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service (software, platform, design, branding, and code) belong to Superlisting.io and its licensors.

No IP rights are transferred to you unless expressly stated.

6.2 User Content and AI Inputs

"User Content" includes any text, data, product assets, images, videos, or materials you upload.

"AI Inputs" include any prompts, instructions, or uploaded assets used for AI generation.

You retain ownership of all User Content and AI Inputs.

You grant Superlisting.io a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process such content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

6.3 AI Outputs and AI Assets

"AI Outputs" or "AI Assets" include content generated through the Service's AI features.

To the extent permitted by law:

• You own the AI Outputs generated for you.
• AI Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique or exclusive.
• Superlisting.io cannot guarantee originality, IP clearance, or suitability for commercial use.

You grant us a license to host, store, display, and transmit AI Outputs solely to provide the Service.

6.4 Use of Third-Party AI Providers

Superlisting.io relies on third-party AI providers to deliver text, image, and video generation features.

By using the Service, you authorize us to:

• Transmit User Content and AI Inputs to third-party AI systems,
• Receive AI Outputs on your behalf.

Superlisting.io is not responsible for:

• Third-party model behavior,
• Training data,
• Safety restrictions,
• Any limitations imposed by AI providers.

We may adjust or limit features to comply with third-party requirements.

6.5 Image Rights, Likeness, and Releases

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have licensed all uploaded content.
• You have secured the necessary rights, licenses, and releases for identifiable individuals appearing in images or videos.
• Your uploaded content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Superlisting.io does not validate, clear, or verify the legality of your content.

You are entirely responsible for the lawful use of all AI Outputs generated through your account.

6.6 No Warranty of Legal or Amazon Compliance

Superlisting.io does not guarantee that AI Outputs:

• Comply with Amazon marketplace policies,
• Are legally non-infringing,
• Are accurate, complete, or reliable.

You are solely responsible for reviewing the outputs before use.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability & Force Majeure

We strive for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We are not liable for delays or outages caused by events outside our control.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Superlisting.io disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Your use is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Superlisting.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superlisting.io from any claims arising from:

• Your User Content or AI Inputs,
• Your AI Outputs,
• Your use of the Service,
• Your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.

Any disputes must be brought before the courts of Montreal, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Dispute Resolution

Please contact us first for informal resolution.

Unresolved disputes will proceed in the courts of Montreal.

14. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

Intellectual property, indemnification, and liability limitations survive termination.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder remains fully enforceable.
