SuperListing is the AI search visibility tracker for ecommerce products. It measures whether ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude recommend a specific product in a specific country, tracks the same shopper prompts over time, and returns one next change. The company is in Montréal, Canada.

Our Mission

Shoppers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude what to buy. Rank trackers still cover Amazon and Google, and they miss the answer that already named a competitor. SuperListing exists so the person who owns a product P&L can see that whole path: whether a specific product is recommended in a specific country, on the same shopper prompts over time, and the one change to make next.

What We Do

• Product-level AI visibility: Measure whether ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude recommend one ecommerce product in one country. An unchecked question stays blank, never a zero, and the verbatim answer is kept as evidence.
• The same shopper prompts over time: Each prompt set is versioned. Later checks are compared only when they asked the same questions, so movement is real.
• Google and Amazon on the same product: Google AI Overviews, classic Google rank, and Amazon organic rank sit next to the assistant answers, per product and per market.
• Who is recommended instead: Every brand named in an answer is counted, including competitors you were not tracking, plus the merchant the answer sends buyers to.
• One next change: Ask SuperListing reads only the measured data and returns one change for the product page or Amazon listing, with the answers it used as proof.
• The change itself: Amazon listing optimization, A+ content, product images, and video stay in the product so you can make that change and measure the same prompts again.

Founded in Montréal

SuperListing was founded by Guillaume, a software engineer and entrepreneur based in Montréal, Canada. With a background in AI, product development, and e-commerce, Guillaume built SuperListing because teams could watch Amazon and Google rank and still miss the ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude answer that had already sent the buyer to a competitor.

SuperListing is used by ecommerce teams, brands, and agencies in the United States, Canada, France, and other markets. Each product is tracked in its own country, so a French result is never mixed with a US result. Your catalog is never used to train AI models, and a measurement runs when you start it.
